BCA Certificate Attestation

The BCA Degree Certificate could be Apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) after the attestation of the BCA Degree Certificate from the competent officer designated by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India. The designated officer or signatory or the department could be changed from time to time as per the instruction of Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). The designated signatory may be the Section Officer, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Magistrate, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Resident Commissioner, Chief Secretary, Joint Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Director, Deputy Director etc.

The Attestation or Apostilization or Legalization of the BCA Degree Certificate issued from any state in India could also be completed from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) after the Attestation of Sub Divisional Magistrate, New Delhi. Point to be noted that the said Attestation, Apostilization or Legalization of the BDS Degree Certificate is an alternate, genuine and acceptable process for more than eighty Hague Conventional Countries (HCC) across the globe. On the other hand some Countries are very specific as they require the BDS Degree Certificate to be Apostilled, Attested or Legalized after the state level attestation from where the BCA Degree Certificate has been issued.

Some Hague Conventional Countries require the translation copy of the Apostilled BCA Degree Certificate issued in India in their own national languages like Spanish, French, Czech, Arabic etc. Also some Country requires the reissued Apostilled Certificate from the issuing authority. In that case the issuance of the Certificate and the Apostille will be within six months.
